What’s the best mix

I created a puppet in Character Animator and recorded some videos that I want to turn into a presentation where my puppet will be giving the presentation.

So 1st) I need to record my puppet with the voice for the presentation and then

2nd) sync the puppet to each video and then 3rd) generate a full presentation (video) which I intend to add some openings and effects to.

Whats the best way of doing all this? Animator + Premiere + After Effects?

Will my puppet recordings (expressions + voice) work in Premiere?
