[HELP] Puppet Jawline head and shoulder stretches weirdly during walk cycle in character animator.

Hi, on applying the walkcycle on puppet, the puppet runs fine ... But the head stretches in and out weirdly at the jaw area and the shoulder area too does the same. I have attatched a video showing the issue. How can I solve this issue to make the movement more concrete without any stretch ? If you want to see the puppet's rig, I have attatched the ".puppet" file too. Please help me with this issue. It is giving me major headache.  @oksamurai @alank99101739
