Still having stretching arms with Ch CC 2019

Hello,

I was so excited about the new Arm IK.  I fallowed Okay Samurai tutorial on YouTube but I keep getting stretchy arms.  I have made sure all button are checked and the stretchiness is down to one.  Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong?

      Make sure the handle on the wrist is tagged _both_ Draggable and <Right/Left> Wrist (not two separate handles with those tags).

          Did you get all the shoulder, elbow, and wrist tags connected up? (I have not tried it myself yet - but I assume you need those tags hooked up so it knows what the arms are.)
