Administrator in a multiserver installation

I've installed many CF servers, but today was my first multiserver installation.  How do I get to the administrator page?  The installation seemed to go smoothly.  The installation log looks good. 

However, there is not CFIDE mapping in either IIS websites, so http://{host}/cfide/adminstrator/index.cfm doesn't exist.

The last page of the installation says that "You may now deploy Adobe ColdFusion 11 to your application server." but I'm not finding any references on how to do that.
