I got it to install on same box as CF 9 but now I cannot get passed the Administrator Invalid Password; even after resetting it.

Yes. I thought I was when in for a long night but I got things to working. The Migration tool was an excellent help. I will note the 32-bit will not work on a 64-bit box without complaining big-time! I did not bother to correct the errors.
