Hello Michael,

Thank you for your post. You can download the Developer edition from https://www.adobe.com/support/coldfusion/downloads.html#cf10productdownloads.

It will further take you to http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?product=coldfusion and you need to login with your Adobe Id and password.

This may be a browser related issue, as it works at my end.

it was a browser issue, the link works fine in firefox .. but gives an error screen for IE9
