Coldfusion 2016 don’t start pdfgservlet

Hi if i want to start coldfusiln 2016 

it braike After it Runs a few minutes. 
it says connection refused pdfgservlet

this is new .. since one year all is ok and I don't install an update since 10 month ..

can I disable the service ? pdfgservlet
