Couldn't finish installation

I was installing ColdFusion Builder 9 trial edition in an Windows XP computer when light went off, so installation failed, now I can not reinstall it nor un-install it. When I try to uninstall the ColdFusion Builder I get the next message:

Fatal application error. this application has unexpectedly quit. Invocation of this java application has caused an invocation TargetException. This application will now exit (LAX)

I need to work on the ColdFusion, can somebody help me on installing it?
