How to confirm hotfix for APSB10-18 is applied?

I'm running ColdFusion 8 and applied this hotfix that addresses bulletin APSB10-18: http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/857/cpsid_85766.html

The solution directs you to replace two files in the cfide directory: l10n.cfm and l10n_testing.cfm

How can I verify that this hotfix was applied correctly? Is there a log file that will confirm this or information displayed in CF Administrator? Thanks.

The only way I thought of to check it out was to look at the modification times on those files.
