MX7: Now trying to conncect to .accdb instead of .mdb

New Here ,

Been a while, and now we have Access 2007 installed, so the Access DBs are .accdb instead of .mdb.  I'm now having the problem of how to connect in CF MX7 to these new .accdb databases.

I read some of these discussions and I installed the MS Data Connectivity Component mentioned here (actually it was already installed). I restarted the server machine. I even use the Windows "Data Sources (ODBC)" application in Administrative Tools in Control Panel to try to add a new database connection. But, alas, I only see .mdb when it asks to create a new MS Access Database. It shows: (*.mdb); it does not show what it is supposed to: (*.mdb, *.accdb).

Any ideas how to get it to show up properly? What a pain...Thanks,

http://blog.crankybit.com/msaccess2007-and-cf8/ (I know it's for CF8

but it might work with CF7 also).
