What could possible go wrong, right?

Since we bought CF 2021 I googled "coldfusion download" which took me here https://www.adobe.com/support/coldfusion/downloads.html

Um, no Linux 64bit installer?

Ok, so I logged into my adobe account and got here: https://www.adobe.com/products/coldfusion/download-trial/try.html

Actually, I don't want to try it 30 days ... we already purchased it ... now I need to fill in a marketing survey?! REALLY?

Well, ... after hitting the "Download" button I got to a page with some getting started content, but no download. I tried a few times with mostly random answers to the survey. Frustrating ...

Turns out the download doesn't start in Chrome 87 so I needed to switch to Safari browser to get the ColdFusion_2021_GUI_WWEJ_linux64.bin

Ok, since I want to update our CF docker image which we use for development I searched for silent installation properties.

https://helpx.adobe.com/de/coldfusion/using/install-coldfusion-2021.html#Silentinstallation oh well, I got a ".bin" file, no zip ... so no silent install for me? 😞

Let's check if ... ah ... another silent installation manual: https://helpx.adobe.com/coldfusion/user-guide.html/coldfusion/installing/installing-coldfusion-silen... this one looks like the one I used for 2016/2018

Let's try installing ... uh oh, install log says: no no no

```
Install Action: Jump To: Next Administrator Credentials -- Prev: NO JUMP
Status: ERROR
Additional Notes: ERROR - java.lang.StackOverflowError
... and many more
```

It's just always a pleasure to work with ColdFusion 😉
