Performance Monitoring Toolset - Connectors not showing

I recently installed Coldfusion 2018 Dev locally (to replace 2016) and everything seems to be working fine, except the Connectors section of the Performance Monitor doesn't show any data.

I am not sure why and I cannot find the documentation to describe how anything needs to be configured for that data to show up.
