Where is the Request Tuning section in ColdFusion 2018 Administrator?
Where is the setting to change the maximum number of threads for CFTHREAD in Coldfusion 2018 Administrator?

Click on Server Settings, then there is a horizontal sub menu with a gray background color that goes across the top, click "Request Tuning" on that menu.
