Illustrator CS4のライセンス認証が通りません

新規にPCにインストールしようとしたら、ライセンス認証のところで「×」マークが付いて進みません。2ヶ月前まで古いPCでは使えていましたが、ライセンス認証解除せずにアンインストールして廃棄してしまいました。CS3のように新規インストール番号の取得が必要なのでしょうか？

Any new PC that you are trying to install on would have the latest version of Windows 10 loaded on it. Illustrator CS6 and lower are not supported for Windows 10. You would be very lucky to get CS3 or CS4 to run at all on this operating system. If you want to keep running an older version of Illustrator you will have to either try running the PC in compatibility mode with Windows 7 or get a used PC from eBay with an earlier OS installed or somehow roll back the OS on your current computer (if this is possible) to an earlier OS. To run Illustrator correctly on Windows 10, though, you will need to get a subscription to Creative Cloud and update to Illustrator CC 2018 (version 22.1).

The fact is that I forgot to deactivate Illustrator CS4 running on my old PC with Windows 7. That is the 1st element. Another element is that Adobe stooped official support for CS4 items. As the result, users can not access authorization server any more.

This time I tried to install Illustrator CS4 onto Windows 10 PC and occured the problem. I found recent topic on web of some user's report for Illustrator CS4 running on Windows 10 PC. So I think there's still chance to run Illustrator CS4 on my new Windows 10 PC.

Also I have Acrobat Pro 8. Its support is now stopped and Adobe gives users some way to recover. I got new installer with new prodct ID only for it. Now Acrobat Pro works on my new PC. So I expect I could get same way to run Illustrator CS4 on my new PC.

なお念のため、CS4の動作保証環境で利用されることが前提です。

Windowsは7まで、Macは10.6までです。

それ以外の環境では正常動作しない可能性もあるので、注意しておきましょう。

Shirot15919297, I am sorry that you are facing problems with the activation of Illustrator CS4.  Unfortunately, you do not have any registered Adobe software titles registered under the e-mail address you are using to post this public forum.  Please make sure you are using a registered serial number to install Illustrator CS4.  Complete details on how to locate and register Adobe serial numbers can be found at Find your serial number .
