I'm having trouble using the Adobe Apps. I originally had the same issues on my older windows 10 computer, but I've just built a new PC and it's running Windows 11 Home N version 24H2, but I'm having the exact same problem. The issues are stated below.

Photoshop (v26.3) and Lightroom (v8.1) launch without issue, InDesign (v20.1) briefly pops up the logo but then dissapears after 1-2 seconds and nothing happens. Clicking to launch Audtion (v25.0) does nothing when launched from the creative cloud app, but when I try to launch from start menu it throws the error "The code execution cannot proceed because MFPlat.Dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem." and launching Illustrator throws the warning Plugin issues detected then unexpected error before loading a greyed out user interface.

OK, so the issue ended up being a missing media resource pack. It's in relation to some European Union regulation,  N editions of windows don't provide these out of the box, so you need to search for and download Media resource pack.

Hope this helps anyone who many encounter the same issue I did.
