flashing glitches in creative cloud desktop app

Participant ,

I have really annoying issue with creative cloud desktop app. Windows 11, nVidia 3080, freesync and VRR compatible monitor, quality HDMI 2.1 cable (glitch is not presented when I use display port, but then I loose VRR which is the reason why I purchased this monitor)
It is almost unusable when I connect PC over the HDMI to monitor or TV which supports VRR screen refresh. The app is flashing like strobo and parts of the window disapear sometimes, then jumping up and down.. Totall mess so sometimes it hard to read anything or do any operation in the desktop app.
This behavior is specific just for Creative Cloud Desktop app. No other programs have this issue.
Update graphics driver or app does not help. Change any settings in windows have no impact to this behavior. It is persisten problem for month when I purchased this  monitor which supports VRR (because of gaming, no update of app helps.
Because VRR working really well in windows and any other app, the issue is obviously on the side of CC desktop app. Please do something with it..
I do not want to purchase second monitor just because I want to use Creative Cloud app, especially when all other Adobe Apps working well. It can not be recorder due to camera refresh rate, in real situation it looks much worse than in videos I uploaded

update your graphics drivers to the latest studio (not gamer) versions.

Because of this app? I am also gamer and need performance at the top. I just does not understand why such a simple app gui with no advance 3D or another special features could be destroyed by using standard game drivers and GPU heavy apps are not. This is "solution" like apple ussualy do. Hide your battery icon instead of fix battery drain prob. Do it our way, even if it make no sense..
I can accept if After Effects or Substance will need studio driver, but not this simple HUB..
Anyway, thanx for workaround, maybe it will end like this.. :{

So, I recently installed recommended latest studio drivers instead of game drivers and...

It did not help. It looks slightly different, but the same kind of glitches is presented when using CC app.
I figured out how to not going crazy about it and I am running CCapp now on my second screen which displays app window clearly without issues..
But it is not a solution in its original meaning, right? 😄

reset the cc desktop app by making sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

if that fails, repair per https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-install-stuck.html

if that fails and you have windows, open your control panel > add/remove programs > cc desktop app > repair

if that fails, uninstall using the correct uninstaller from https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html#sa_src=web-mes... and then reinstall using*

if that fails, do a clean cc install carefully following each applicable step:

uninstall every cc app including preferences per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

then uninstall the cc desktop app, again using the correct uninstaller per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html#sa_src=web-mes...

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

check for, and if available, update your os

if windows is your os, repair all ms visual c++ versions that can be repaired (use google if you don't know how to do this)

if windows is your os update your ms visual c++, if it can be updated (use google if you don't know how to do this)

restart your computer (don't skip this)

reinstall the cc desktop app using the "alternative download links" at the bottom of the page at https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials>

if that fails, you probably have a corrupt user account. google your os and how to create a new one.
