pop up spam from adobe creative cloud after uninstalling photoshop

Very anoying pop up spam from adobe creative cloud after uninstalling photoshop. I get the pop up every 2 minutes. And I cant uninstall adobe creative cloud which is the most frusterating part. It's been like this for 2 days now. I tried relaunching it ctr alt R. I tried repaireing adobe. Frusterating.

Found and downloaded the uninstaller and uninstalled this trash.

the message is pretty clear. uninstall all your cc apps (acrobat, substance 3d) and then uninstall the cc desktop app:

uninstall every cc app including preferences per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

then uninstall the cc desktop app, again using the correct uninstaller per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html#sa_src=web-mes...
