Adobe CC not recognizing installed apps

Community Beginner ,
Jun 09, 2024 Jun 09, 2024

I have Photoshop and an old Photoshop Beta installed on my computer. Likely through some error of myself at some point (I've read that incorrectly uninstalling apps can cause this), the Adobe CC app doesn't recognize that I have either of these apps installed. This also means that the Adobe uninstaller doesn't recognize them and won't uninstall them.

So that I don't create more issues for myself, I'd like to fix this issue by uninstalling and reinstalling Photoshop correctly. Any insights out there?

Thanks for the possible solution! No dice on fixing the issue, unfortunately.

This did the trick. I installed another version of Photoshop and then was able to remove both versions by going through the normal uninstall process. Thank you!

start with a reset per above.  if that fails, then install over the current install, per above.
