Whenever I try to uninstall creative cloud it says that I can't because " You still have Creative Cloud applications installed on your computer that require it." I uninstalled all the other apps but it still says the same thing. I have some adobe apps on other devices, is that the problem? I'm pretty sure I have the uninstaller downloaded but it still won't work. Am I doing something wrong?
no. only apps on the same computer block the uninstall of the cc desktop app.
follow each step that you can:
uninstall every cc app including preferences per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html
then uninstall the cc desktop app, again using the correct uninstaller per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html#sa_src=web-messaging
clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
