Can we copy / transfer application files locally rather than download?

I am managing four computers (two separate licenses for myself and my son) with slow internet that need the latest Adobe software installed. Can I copy the application files between computers rather than download them on each computer?

yes, i can't really see much convenience in adobe's file handling.
