Since yesterday i cannot download the cloud app. In safari is completed blocked, and cannot even enter my account, it keeps telling me the error 206. Using chrome as default browser, it opened the page of my account, during the installation, then asked me the app to sign with my proxy credentials, who i don't have a clue whatthey talking. My internet is working, i'm not on a proxy server or using intenet at work, just home internet.

did you check your browser's tls support? https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-download-install-logs.html#error206
to test your default browser's tls you can use , https://clienttest.ssllabs.com:8443/ssltest/viewMyClient.html
if it's not a default browser tls issue, try this https://helpx.adobe.com/in/download-install/kb/adobe-license-issues-keychain-credential-mgr.html

checked everything nothing works. Seems completely dead- In safari every time i press log in an error page come, in firefox i can enter the account, but once i managed to use firefox as predefined browser , the app installer began working, and opening the page on chrome, after that the installer asked those proxy credentials i have never known.

contact adobe support via chat so they can check your computer. there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):
chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
