Would like to clarify the CC Home?

The menu shows 2 Illustator versions 29.9 and 30.0

Also missing is Photoshop.

I have followed all the steps provided by the information on Adobe links provided. Also updated the visual c++. Rebooted and downloaded CC still installing the same version. 6.7.0.278

Based on the Adobe release notes still showing 6.8 is still in rollout status?

I have reached out to Adobe Chat and unable to get the correct version.

In any case appreciate the help.

adobe apps are rolled out to users at different rates.  ie, i don't know any way to determine if it's available to you.

what versions were available?

Did not show any version number(s). I guess I need to take a wait and see approach. If nothing changes in a month or so I can repeat the steps you provided.

it says which version when downloading.

@westdr1dw the rollout of version 6.8 will complete in the next few days (depends on the type of subscription that you have).

Thank you for the update. I do not want to be to critical, however, internal communications at Adobe really needs a closer review. I spent a few hours yesterday attempting to fix a problem that was not a problem. I worked with 3 Adobe support techs to include elevating to a senior tech. They also were under the perception the correct version of 6.8 and no less than 3 attempts to exorcise the demon using the Cleaner tool. Then reloading all apps. Some of the Adobe Creative Cloud apps has great documentation. Where others provide minimal documentation. A lot of these issues can be resolved using the Changelog. I know Adobe has to have one. Any enterprise app of this magnitude has to have one. How else do the developers know what changes have been made. A definte lesson here for everyone communications and patience is an absolute. I certainly learned a lot the hard way that not every user receives updates at the same time. 

On a brighter note upon logging in to CC this morning I finally received the update 6.8. Not sure of the difference, but at least I am to date. Thank you for the support, and looking forward to taking CC on a test drive
