Change Language of Creative Cloud Desktop itself

How can I change the language of the "Creative Cloud Desktop" application itself (not the programs like PS, Illustrator & Co)?

No matter if I download the setup from the US site or not - its always installed in German (as my Windows 11 is german) and there is no option to change this obviously.

you cannot.  the language is taken from the os language.
