Connexion impossible creative cloud

Lorsque je tente de téléchargé l'appli creative cloud via l'acceuil Adobe web ça me met erreur 206. 

Et si je télécharge l'appli creative cloud via microsoft store bah lorsque je tente de me co ça me met à chaque fois " Vous avez été déconnecté de Creative Cloud. Veuillez vous reconnecter pour continuer à utiliser les applications Adobe. "
