I purchased my Adobe CC subscription from a reseller in September 2022. Several times since then they changed my profile for no reason and the account trial timer was set up. I have asked them several times regarding this issue and they said that was their server issue and they were trying to solve it. For last 1 month, they have been non-responsive, they don't respond in messages, they don't pick up my phone calls and I am stuck with the trial ended profile unavle to work with Adobe Products.
I have tried reaching Adobe Customer Call Centre, but they told me that they cannot take complain against reseller as they are the support team, they only can support regarding the applications, not the subscriptions.
I am totally frustrated with this, either I want a refund for the remaining months of this subscription, or get untroubled experience with my account. I will not definitely renew my subscription with my current reseller.

Hi,
sadly that sounds that you have a problem with the Reseller. Adobe or the Community can not help you with that other then tell you the same as the Adobe Customer Care told you that you have to ask the Reseller to solve that issue. Thats between them and you. Sorry, that there is no other solution we can help you with.

But how an issue with a reseller can be resolved with the reseller if they are non-responsive?

I fear it sounds as if they were a scammer, who took your money but didn't pay Adobe, and have now vanished. Were the company shown as an "approved" reseller on Adobe's site?
If this is an enteprise or team license, you can use the Admin Console to contact Adobe and confirm the status. If this is a personal license you can sign in to check your account. If you thought it was a personal license, but it turns out to be a team or enterprise license, you were CERTAINLY robbed.

Yes, I believe I am robbed. Because the reseller is a verified reseller listed on Adobe Site, but still, they scammed me.

Contact local law enforcement and file an official complaint against the seller who took your money.

Can you check to see if your reseller is on the reseller list for your country?

why are you all posting to a thread that's 3 weeks old and was abandoned by the op after they posted?

I replied to a post from Jan 31, 2023.

Ah, but it was not abandoned, and the original poster did return, Nancy.

it was abandoned for three weeks. then you (@Test Screen Name) and @Nancy OShea and @jane-e posted and brought the op back.
oh well. it's a bit mysterious to me but it's not keeping me awake at night.

I think the answer to the mystery is PROBABLY that a spammer came by, and posted some junk (perhaps to sell us real estate on an uninhabited atoll). This was reported and deleted. But now, the post is alive again, with today's date, so it comes to the top of the list. And lazy respondents like me don't carefully check the date.
But another mystery: it's in the Creative Cloud Desktop forum. (1) I never even knew this forum existed, so I wouldn't have seen the post unless it was in another forum, then moved after my reply. (2) This is clearly an unsuitable forum, as the problem is nothing to do with Creative Cloud Desktop. I'd think something like Account Payment & Plan or Enterprise & Teams.
Nazmul Huda, sorry you are getting these needless emails which don't help you. This is the sort of thing that happens in public forums, we spend some of our time trying to help, and some of our time trying to work out why the forums aren't working as expected. I think the reply from kglad on 1 February has the best advice on who to contact at Adobe.

I responded to a post that was an hour old. Now I have to ask in return why you are asking this question, kglad? 😊

you don't understand and it's not important to keep trying to discuss something that's now irrelevant.

I ignored it the first time, but you tagged me again 48 minutes ago. I think these issues are better off discussed in the back room.

sheesh. @jane-e
look at your first post here. you quote part of a message (that's 3 weeks old) when you posted your message.
or maybe you're seeing a different thread than me. what date do you see for your first post in this thread and what date do you see for the message you quoted?

I still think this is the wrong place to be discussing this at all and you haven't said why you asked the question three minutes after my first post. I'm uncomfortable discussing it in the middle of another thread.
The thread was not three weeks old when I answered. Is it okay to drop the subject now?
And be friends?
