the adobe apps are not ordered by difficulty using.  in addition, learning to use one or two apps has little carry-over benefit to learning a third.

ie, start with the app that you plan to use the most.

Hi,

to be a pro does not mean that you have to use all of the Apps for Freelancing. To be good in something means that you have to learn it. That takes time. The different Adobe Apps focussed on different areas of the creative life. Photoshop for example is more likely for Photo-based work, InDesign is more for Print based stuff like books or brochures and Illustrator is more for vector based Design like Patterns, Ornaments, etc. but you can use them all together if that fits. Lightroom e.g. is a Tool for fast photographic based work, but for more detailed retouching and Error correction in the Photos you can edit them directly from Lightroom into Photoshop and back. Thats also the benefit of the Creative Cloud which puts all your assets together. You see the whole Adobe world is very "big" so to say.  If you know how to do something in one tool and where to find the menu items, learning the next one is only half as difficult.
Now comes the part where YOU have to decide which area of Creativity are YOU good at the most and begin to learn the necessary Tool(s). Have fun.

regards,
Henrik
