Mac - Move Adobe Apps to another internal drive?

I have a 2019 Mac Pro tower. All my Adobe CC apps are in the default location (Applications folder on my 1TB Apple installed SSD).

My question is, can I move all my Adobe apps (only) to a faster internal Sonnet PCIe array that has much faster (4) 1TB Samsung 990 Pro SSDs configured in RAID 0. If so what is the procedure? Am I asking for trouble?
