use a web browser to navigate to the following locations. at each location there are several folders/link to check.:
https://documentcloud.adobe.com
if you delete anything from any of these locations, check for a deleted folder where your file(s) was (were) moved. if you want to clear space you must delete files in the deleted folder. the used storage shown at each of those four sites (when totaled), should match the space shown used by your cc files. more info,

Hi!
This is also happening to me. I have removed everything in the cloud storage and double checked that I have no file in those folders.
Anything else to check?
Thanks!
Rober.

check all the deleted folders, after deleting a file. the file(s) must be deleted there too to increase storage availability.

Thanks for the quick response!
Yep, I permanently remove those items in the trash a few hours ago. No file at all.

refresh your cc desktop app. does reported storage match your expectations?

Not really, still showing utilization even when I removed everything in everywhere. They are just a bunch of MB today but other days the utilization ois much higher so it is more a question on reliability than to have the 100% of the agreed space available at all times.
Is there any "clear all" function or something like that? Maybe the app keeps files for a short period of time internally before it permanently removes all of them?
Thanks,
Rober.

reset the cc desktop app by making sure it's in the foreground, then press:
Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

Good one. That restarted the app and then it syncronized again. Now it shows just 5,2kB instead of 18MB. Not 0 but that makes more sense. Who knows what are those kB, I still cant see a file 🙂
Thanks a lot for your help!
