Guys, my adobe fonts got out of sync, since yesterday it just shows a loading circle when I go to my fonts page added to creative cloud, I've already tried disabling it in the services tab, disabling the firewall, logging out of creative cloud, freeing up storage, pausing the sync, but nothing happens, I lost all my added fonts and I can't check my fonts panel because it's on an eternal loading screen. ;(
Has anyone gone through something similar?

@Nicolas3791001899bc , you didn't say which Adobe application you are using. Here are some possible help pages. Are you using any of these apps?
Photoshop

InDesign

Illustrator/InDesign

Hello Jane, good afternoon, I normally use illustrator, photoshop and after effects software, however my dilemma is occurring in the creative cloud app itself, which is not synchronizing the fonts with my adobe software. So I can't install a font I just added because my creative cloud font screen is forever ''loading''.

you could try some (or all of)
reset the cc desktop app by making sure it's in the foreground, then press:
Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R
if that fails, repair per https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-install-stuck.html
if that fails and you have windows, open your control panel > add/remove programs > cc desktop app > repair
if that fails, uninstall using the correct uninstaller from https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html#sa_src=web-mes... and then reinstall using*
if that fails, do a clean cc install carefully following each applicable step:
uninstall every cc app including preferences per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html
then uninstall the cc desktop app, again using the correct uninstaller per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html#sa_src=web-mes...
clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
check for, and if available, update your os
if windows is your os, repair all ms visual c++ versions that can be repaired (use google if you don't know how to do this)
if windows is your os update your ms visual c++, if it can be updated (use google if you don't know how to do this)
restart your computer (don't skip this)
reinstall the cc desktop app using the "alternative download links" at the bottom of the page at https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html
use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials>
if that fails, you probably have a corrupt user account. google your os and how to create a new one.

I'm having the same issue and spent hours on a chat with Adobe support yesterday. After trying multiple things and having 2 service calls that dropped (they said there were internal glitches??), they finally told me this was happening globally to many users and they were working on it on the back end. apparently basic troubleshooting is working for some users, but not most of them. I was told I would hear back in 24-48 hours. So far this morning I still dont have access to any of my Adobe Fonts.

that makes sense that the problem is on adobe's end. unfortunately, that means you can do nothing but wait for adobe to fix their end.
