No option to show or install Older Version

In my Creative Cloud Desktop app I don't get the option to show old version in preferences. Nor do I get the "Other Versions" option for any app. I have logged out/logged in, I have an active subscription, uninstalled the Creative Cloud Desktop app and then reinstalled it. Cleaned up the Keychain access as per the instructions on the help atricle. What more can be done.

I am on a MAC, OS is 12.7.3

Yeah, it should show normally but does not for me. It first was not even allowing me to manage the apps but I resoved it by deleting the OOBE folders and now that part is fine. I am not sure what can I do to fix this version issue

Reset also did not work. One thing I think is the culprit. I installed InDesign Server and that is distributed via Admin Console. When I did that a business profile was created for me. However, I have checked and I am currently logged in using the individual account in Creative Cloud Desktop app. I am not sure what else to do
