404 error when someone that I invited to Library tries open the invite link

Can someone help please? I invited my colleague to a few Libraries and when he tried opening the links it says '404 error' on all the invites. Does anyone know why and what we need to do?

invite yourself using a different email to start testing.

does the problematic file have an alphanumeric name and is in no folder that contains non alphanumeric characters?  eg, no spaces, question marks etc

it's not on file it's a few whole library folders to which I wanted invite my collegue. And ymost of files have spaces but no weird signs like questionmarks...

ok, rather than continue to troubleshoot via the forums, contact adobe support via. chat.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
