Hello. I have an issue with logging into my Behance and Adobe Portfolio accounts. I purchased a plan in March 2022 (a K-12 plan from my school) and it should expire in March 2023.
Recently I received an email saying that my plan is about to expire on June 21, 2022, and in order to keep my Adobe Portfolio, I should renew it. I can log in to my Creative Cloud and use all of my programs as usual, but the only issue I face now is logging into Behance and Adobe Portfolio.
When I try to do it I keep getting the "Access Denied" error ("Access Denied"; You no longer have access to this service. Please contact Adobe Customer Support if you believe this is an error. Please follow this link.).
I already contacted the Behance support, but no reply yet.
