Adobe Account Access not working on iPhone 7

When I come to the Adobe website, I can't seem to use the Adobe Account Access app to move on. I get the attached screen, and that's pretty much where it stops. The hamburger in the upper left brings up a list of options that work. Tapping anywhere else does nothing, not even that little dot at the bottom. (I have no idea what that is for.) But no code shows up, so I use the texting option to get in.

Google and Microsoft access apps work fine. Any ideas?
