Adobe CC icon now black in Mac menu bar

So I woke up this morning and now my CC icon in the menu bar is black while all the others are white. How do I fix this? Big Sur won't let me remove the icon from the bar and seems to think that CC is now a system icon. I'd rather not go into the terminal and try to fix this via disabling SIP or whatnot so I'm wondering if an Adobe engineer can fix this on the app's side. Adobe and Apple tech support seem to not have a solution atm as well 😞

Big Sur had been in public release for months, yet an industry standard premium software suite hasn't made compatibility updates. Seems somewhat... insufficient.
