Adobe CC Libraries are not the same between my browser view and desktop app view.

I have several Adobe CC libraries… many of which behave as they should.
However there are a few which were created in the app which cannot be seen in the deskto app and vice versa. I have the same login in both spots. Why am I seeing 2 different sets of libraries?

Hi @CDub1970,

We're sorry to hear about this. There could be several reasons for this inconsistency. Please try signing out and signing in again to check if that helps. Make sure the Creative Cloud Desktop app is up to date.

You may also try to pause and, after a minute, resume the sync from the Creative Cloud app to ensure that your Creative Cloud Libraries are fully synced between your desktop app and the Adobe Creative Cloud servers.

Let us know if that helps.

Regards,

Tarun
