Adobe Cloud: impossible to permanently delete deleted files

Hello!
I'm trying to to permanently delete deleted files in my adobe cloud files space but it gives me an error message: "Can not delete an asset permanently because someone has restaured it"
And other question: I have just 3 photos in the cloud. Why is my "creative cloud libraries" folder over 3GB?
Thanks
