Adobe Cloud Synced Files Download Issue

I am trying to download my synced files before the March 2nd deadline. However, I cannot see the zipped folders from 0-35. I can see the zipped file folders from 36-100. How can I access the earlier zipped files so I can download them before the March 2nd deadline? I have a way to download all of the folders, but I cannot delete folders I have already downloaded.

you should already have those files in your local cc sync folder.

I'm not sure what you mean about my local cc sync folder. I'm looking in my Synce Files folder on the Creative Cloud and the folders stop at 36. I cannot scroll any further down. Is there somewhere else I can access the other third of my files?

Never mind, I had to Zoom my screen out to 50% and most of them are there. I'm still missing 1 or 2 folders, but it's most everything.

your local folder after syncing is stopped is: Creative Cloud Files + <account type> + <profile_name> + <email> + <GUID> (for example: Creative Cloud Files Personal Account email@abc.com ####@AdobeID).
