Let me move this to the Creative Cloud Services forum for you, where I hope you will find an answer for your question. The Using the Community forum is for help in using the Adobe Support Community forums, not for help with specific programs. Product questions should be posted in the associated product community.
Frankie, what process did you use to move to the new MacBook? Was anything copied from the previous computer? Did you attempt to migrate any applications from the old computer to the new one?
>does not work after I move it
