Is Adobe crteative cloud actually free with the photography plan??

What part of Creative Cloud are you asking about?

Are you asking about storage?

Its creative cloud express- would it use all your storage, or charge you
for templates etc ( suppose when someone says free i worry that you get
charges in a roundabout way)

If you're referring to Creative Cloud Express, which replaces Adobe Spark, there are two versions of Cloud Express: Free and Premium.

Free is free for everyone. Premium is not included in the Photography Plan but is included in other plans..

thank you, was worried the free version would start charging after thirty
days, as some other "free trials do- also if you would get billed for
templates etc

I have a problem with CC Express on Windows 11. It used to be the same on iOS App but is not anymore.

Each time I make a design, I get a popup as seen on the screenshot below. I have no idea what causes this. All I know is all my work gets wasted because I need to reload without saving.
Please advice. I use the latest updates.
