Adobe Creative Cloude está bloqueado

1. He tenido problemas para usar Adobe Fresco, así que desintalé el programa y Creative Cloud, me indicó que se desinstaló con errores.

2. Usé la herramiente CleanerTool y fue exitoso.

3. Volví a descargar CreativeCloud desde https://creativecloud.adobe.com

4. Me pidió desactivar Firewall y Antivirus, lo hice.

5. Inició la carga del programa, apareció mensaje de error "está tardando demasiado", después "está tardando demasiado, reinicia".

6. Se cerró y apareció este cuadro de diálogo color gris.

7. Hasta aquí, todos estos procesos se han repetido 3 veces y sigo sin poder utilizar ni volver a descargar e instalar Adobe Fresco.

 

No tengo problemas con almacenamiento, Windows Defender no detectó virus, los registros de sistema no están dañados. El PC tiene 3 meses de uso, se adquirió en marzo, 2023.

again clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

check for, and if available, update your os

if windows is your os, repair all ms visual c++ versions that can be repaired (use google if you don't know how to do this)

if windows is your os update your ms visual c++, if it can be updated (use google if you don't know how to do this)

restart your computer (don't skip this)

reinstall the cc desktop app using the "alternative download links" at the bottom of the page at https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials

NOTE: win 11 users that have trouble with the latest win 10 installer often have success with the older win 10 installer.
