Hello, I recently purchased the $19.99 Creative Cloud subscription for all the software, I bought the Creative Cloud subscription and received an email from my school account. But then when I opened the software apps it said that my trial ended because a few months ago I bought the 6-month Adobe software from a website called https://store.collegebuys.org/. Is there a reason why my software wasn't relaunching when I first bought the discount for $19.99 Creative Cloud software apps? Also when I click my order number it says there are not any orders associated with my account. I'm not sure why.

if those all fail, change your cc language. eg, try international english
