The contact form on Adobe Portfolio does not send emails to my registered email address when submitted. Have done several tests, no emails come through. Checked junk folder too, still nothing. Help please?

Do you use Gmail?

In my experience, GMAIL filters mail to Social, Promotions or Spam folders.  Check all 3.  When you find it, whitelist it and move it to your Inbox folder.

Hotmail could be IP blocking. Try with another email address that's not on Hotmail.

Did you enter your preferred email address into the actual contact form options?

If you don't, you won't receive anything becase no mail is being sent.

1. Go to Pages and select your contact page.

2. Scroll down to your Form and click the pencil icon to edit > Select Customize.

3. From the panel, select Form Options.  Enter your Email address where shown (see screenshot).

4. Hit Done. And Update Live Site.

Thank you for your replies - yes I've double-checked and my email address is already set correctly for the form. Also I use Hotmail, which doesnt have Social or Promotion folders, only Junk. nothing comes through to Junk or Inbox.
