I really need your help. I spent two days working on my adobe portfolio but now it has dissapeared. I created my entire website with adobe portfolio without publishing it (unknowingly) on my personal account. Then when I decided to publish it it took me to a payment plan.. But I own adobe creative cloud, and shouldn't my portfolio be free? So I checked, and it should be, I have a student version of adobe creative cloud and when I tried to find my portfolio there.. I couldnt find it. Probably because it was linked to my personal account. Both accounts are tied to the same e-mail adress and I thought okay maybe I can migrate my website to my school account. Nope. Because they're tied to the same e-mail adress that isn't possible. Next thing I know I refresh the website page to see if any changes has been made and my website vanished in thin air. I cant recover it on any browser from any account and when I look up the domain nothing pops up because well.. it wasn't published.
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
