Adobe Portfolio - is it possible to view off-line, without a browser, on iPad?

I wanted to use Adobe Portfolio during client meetings to show an extended version of my portfolio. My website is tightly edited and clients can access it at any time on their own, but during meetings I give them my iPad and they can go more in-depth on various projects. I think Adobe Portfolio could be a good option, but I'd like to use it off-line, unconnected to a browser, as I want clients to see the images full-screen, without the tab and menu bar seen in browsers. Apple used to allow the tab bar to be hidden, but for some reason removed that function! It doesn't look like that possible in Chrome or Firefox either. Is there a way to view the Adobe Portfolio without a browser, say in another Adobe app, via the cloud but without using a browser with menu and tab bars?

Thanks!

you could make a video of you navigating your website, but you can't actually navigate it while offline.
