Adobe Portfolio - Phone link help

Hi.

Hope I'll be able to find help here... I have an Adobe Portfolio. I wand to add a clickable botton for my phone number. Is it possible ? Can't find a way to do it... 😞

You cannot add code to Portfolio.  If you try, the system will strip it out on Publish.

Best advice, use the Contact Form Modual.  That way all users on desktops, laptops & mobile devices can send you a message.

Hi Nancy,

That isn't a satasfactory answer. We are looking for Adobe Portfolio to accept tel: sms: mailto: and other CTA links rather than just standard http URLs. Currently it does not.

Is it also possible to add telephone and sms to the social icon list? As a feature request.

There will be plenty of business visitors and older folk who understandably would rather call than send an ambiguous web form.

adobe portfolio isn't designed to be flexible.

It should however allow for the most basic means of communication, being a telephone.

Having this missed or omitted says quite a bit about the product designers.

Also for anyone stumbling on this thread, you can use a URL shortener like tinyurl to redirect to the CTA tel: link.

This shouldn't need to have a workaround like this though since it exposes your phone number on their website...
