OK I did it! The problem was the browser, I used Firefox, with Chrome I have no more problems uploading.

I'm having the same issue and can't use chrome because it crashes my Mac.
I've used safari and firefox and enabled java and nothing works. I keep doing the same work over and over again and no pictures are saved.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Turn off script blockers in Firefox.  The Portfolio editor relies heavily on JavaScript.  If your browser blocks scripts, you can't do much.

This could be a browser caching issue.  Check your online site with a different browser.

Failing that, please submit a help request directly to the Portfolio support team.

Hey, for me adobe portfolio will only upload gifs and won't let me upload any JPEG's, do you know why this is happening?
