Hi,

I've recently used Adobe's portfolio to make my new website. Initially, my domain name was linked to wordpress.org with OVH hosting plan.

I have linked my domain with DNS servers, and from adobe and OVH it seems to work out but the website doesnt show itself correctly. It seemed like my FTP was still linked to WP, thus I decided to delete Wordpress components from my net2ftp settings.

Now it only shows this :

I guess the problem does come from net2ftp, I remember having to set mannualy my website when I started with Wordpress.org, but I can't find how to make it work with Adobe.

As I said, all DNS should be correct, but please tell me if I'm wrong.

You need to message the Behance Zendesk.  They will get back to you in less than 24 hours.  They are super cool.

Looks like it may be working now. Did you give enough time?

I think we have some confusion.  Behance is not Portfolio.

WordPress.org is a stand alone site platform completely separate from Adobe Portfolio.  The two sites reside on different servers.

Your custom domain name can point to only ONE server.  Either WordPress.org or Adobe Portfolio.  Not both.

FTP has nothing to do with Adobe Portfolio.  Never has, never will.  And it's unrelated to your domain name.

To edit content on Adobe Portfolio, log-in below with your Creative Cloud ID and password.

https://portfolio.adobe.com/

To use your custom domain name with Portfolio, you must go to your domain name provider's website and point it to your Portfolio's A name records (IP address).  This will remove WP.org from your domain.  Changes can take 24-72 hours to fully populate.   See below for more details on configuring your custom domain name to work with Portfolio.

If you need technical help, contact Adobe Portfolio's support team.

Hope that helps.
