Hi everyone!

Since my boss linked his plan to my account (I already had a plan) to work in his studio I can't access my web portfolio to change it. So now I have to plans linked to my account.

I am logged in with my account and I don't know what to change, I don't even see his license in the account section.

What can I do?

Thank you

Hi @MiaGianini,

Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about your difficulties. If you have two separate plans linked to your Adobe account and it's causing issues accessing your web portfolio or making changes, here are a few steps you can take to resolve the situation:

1. Reach out to Adobe's customer support directly and explain the situation. They will be able to assist you in untangling the linked plans and help you regain access to your web portfolio. Adobe's support team has the necessary tools and knowledge to resolve account-related issues efficiently.

2. When contacting Adobe Support, be prepared to provide details about both plans linked to your account, including the plan names, account email addresses, and any other relevant information.
