The browsers are not the problem. With the browser, the connection to the
Adobe server can be established without any problems. TSL 1.0, TSL 1.1, TSL 1.2
are selected. The Adobe applications cannot connect to the server and therefore
do not work!!

Englishversion follows:

Hi! No, the problem is not solved yet. The problem is NOT with the browser! My browsers work perfectly. All necessary transport layers are supported. With a browser you can of course see the valid licenses at Adobe. And I don't need people who guess, but people who "KNOW".

Here again for everyone. The operating system is Windows 7 Professional 64 bit. The problem affects (for some time) ALL Adobe applications. After starting, all Adobe applications (Creative Cloud, Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.) first check the license server to see whether a valid license is available. Since the ADOBE APPLICATIONS can't seem to access the license server, the applications can't be started, updated or whatever. So the Adobe applications (which I pay a lot of money for) are currently useless to me. As you can see here, the Adobe servers are reachable and the name resolution works perfectly.

(Download Link etwas weiter unten)
Horrido!!

Hello, I'm so sorry, I just don't know what it has to do with the browser. The Adobe applications do not work, however, because Adobe requires a specific transport layer. The Adobe applications need the Windows settings to work. Adobe could be reached at any time with browsers, for whatever reason. ????

it is an browser setting, IF your os is up-to-date.  if your os is way out of date, then the browser can't utilize tls 1.2.

it's easy to see how this applied to you, @Monica24918519bkdl and @Lukas2390464203ar because you are all using win 7 and have failed to keep your os'es updated.

for others with Windows Server 2012, Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (SP1), and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1, ms has published a fix: Update to enable TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2 as default secure protocols in WinHTTP in Windows (microsoft.co... and, i think, you can skip to the "easy fix" to download ms's hotfix.

And my system was up to date, as much as possible, do you really think in all the hours of trying to fix this problem neither of us thought about searching for Windows updates?

Ok, hurra, ich versuche es morgen gleich! Danke, Manfred!

Manfred, Du bist mein Held!
Es läuft wieder! Danke! Danke! Danke!
