Adobe Support Community - contents delivered by 'Behance'?

Is " John T Smith": Are you Adobe team or Behance team?

Adobe Community Professional

Apparentlty you, John, like to close threads that aren't answered.

You just answer one simple line that I should go to Behance, when I don't need to go to Behance.
Behance is not the solution here and it should stay open and stay in Adobe Community to make more apparent and open to the Community to answer, how many of us experience issues so Adobe can get perspective about this issue!

" You need to go here for Behance help https://help.behance.net/hc/en-us  "? John, really? I have several questions and lets see how many people who find this thread useful instead of you closing it or locking it away!

This is the worst community platform ever, if this is delivered by 'Behance'.

-It truly is, John! I hope someone to your superior sees this thread!

You can't 'Edit' or 'Correct' or 'Delete' contents from 'Behance'. It the worst platform

ever.

-We don't need to go to 'Behance' to correct it, is should be possible from 'Adobe Community' directly, not from 'Behance'!

Who in Adobe made this decission?

-Oh, we know it is not delivered by 'John'!

All the do is redirect to 'Behance' site and here you have to do more to correct?

-John! Stop closing it or block it!

Even locking contents when they deemed it is answered?

-John, again, stop stalking, and we want answers from Adobe team, not 'Behance team'!

Why are you using 'Behance'?

-It is obvious 'Behance' was already a sinking ship. Mozilla tried it and left them at the end, when they could see, it is problematic!

You are effectively closing Adobe community user unable to do nothing on that specific thread

-I would like to see, how many people from 'Adobe Community' that would agree with me, so, stop closing to lock the thread, John!

Closing it when it is still an issue!

@Alti1981,

John and I are both unpaid forum volunteers and moderators.  We do not work for Adobe.  But we are invited by Adobe to help answer user questions about Creative Cloud products and moderate these support communities.

Behance is a free service and has a separate help desk on Zendesk.  Nobody here can help you with questions about your Behance account.  Please reach out directly to the Behance Support Team below.

https://help.behance.net/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=4164

Hope that helps.

Thank you for your reply and understanding  without closing or locking it.

I am eager to learn more yet, I believe many user are also eager to learn more, yet, I think it about time to walk away from 'Behance' when it is not optimal to use 'Behance'. Going vice versa with Adobe Community and if you have to 'correct' or 'edit' it is not convenient for us to go to 'Behance' when we experience these trivial experience just like I experienced with 'John' deeming it resolved or something when it is not, yes, he provided some answer and closing it does not make the problem go away.

I see there are already someone that looked over this thread and have already read what is happening.

I am more keen to see comments about this, so we can see this thread and see it as a solution where we active seeing as a means, where things need to be improved when there are issues, where to turn to.

I dislike the fact I have to go different site just to 'correct' or 'edit' what been written, yet, it's fair it understable to some extend, the issue remains. No wonder 'Mozilla' moved away from 'Behance' when there were lots of complaints as well.

Keep it open, so we can see if this thread is useful to someone.
